Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares a variety of food per guidelines and recipes.
• Sets up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling.
• Safely uses knives and other utensils.
• Operates ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, and more.
• Bakes, roasts, broils, steams using various methods.
• Arranges, garnishes, portions food per guidelines.
• Stores food safely per policies.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment.
• Maintains positive guest service.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and food safety.
• Ensures security of company assets.
