Aramark Correctional Services is seeking a Cook to bring recipes to life with fresh ingredients and creativity. You will work with our team to prepare meals while following production guidelines and safety procedures.

Responsibilities include setting up the workstation, measuring and preparing ingredients, operating ovens and equipment, plating, and maintaining clean, sanitary areas while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or in a related role required.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation, cooking methods, and food safety regulations ( sanitation, storage ).
• Ability to obtain food safety certification.

Responsabilités

• Cooks and prepares a variety of food according to production guidelines and recipes.
• Sets up workstation with needed ingredients and equipment.
• Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, peeling.
