Aramark is seeking a Cook to bring recipes to life with creativity in a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll work with fresh ingredients, follow production guidelines and safety procedures, and explore different cuisines, flavors, and cooking styles to delight guests.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or in a related role required.
• Validated knowledge of basic food preparation methods and food safety regulations.
• Must be able to acquire food safety certification.
• Demonstrates basic math and counting skills.
• Interpersonal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of food according to recipes and guidelines.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, chopping, and portioning food items.
• Safely use utensils and operate ovens, stoves, and mixers.
• Bake, roast, broil, steam and apply diverse cooking methods.
• Store food properly and adhere to safety policies.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment.
• Maintain excellent guest service and positive demeanor.
