In this role you’ll prepare a variety of foods, set up stations, measure and portion ingredients, and maintain sanitation and guest service standards. Teamwork and reliability are essential in supporting our culinary teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or in a related role.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation principles and safety regulations.
• Must be able to obtain food safety certification.
• Strong math and counting skills.
• Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of foods according to recipes.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Measure, weigh, mix, chop, trim, and peel ingredients.
• Safely operate ovens, stoves, slicers, and mixers.
• Garnish and portion food per guidelines.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation in all areas.
• Provide excellent customer service and teamwork.
