Qualifications

• Experience in cooking and food preparation.
• Knowledge of basic food safety regulations and sanitation.
• Must be able to obtain a food handler certification.
• Demonstrates basic math and counting skills.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares a variety of food according to recipes and production guidelines.
• Sets up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming and peeling.
• Safely uses utensils including knives.
• Operates ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers and other equipment.
• Bakes, roasts, broils, steams and uses various cooking methods.
• Accounts for proper food storage and sanitation.
• Maintains customer service and positive demeanor towards guests.
