Apploi is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support day-to-day marketing operations, routine design production, and digital content management. You will produce marketing collateral, adapt designs for multiple facilities, and coordinate with external vendors to keep content current.

The role involves drafting copy for print and digital channels, basic photo/video editing, and ensuring brand consistency across assets. This on-site position supports the marketing team in Ohio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field or current enrollment in a relevant program.
• Experience with creating marketing collateral and digital assets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce routine marketing collateral (flyers, signage, digital assets).
• Adapt designs for multiple facilities and channels.
• Monitor and update website content via external vendors.
• Coordinate social media content with the Social Media Manager.
• Draft marketing copy for print and digital communications.
• Assist with basic photo and video editing and multimedia production.
• Coordinate routine marketing requests, vendor communications, and production tasks.
• Maintain organized marketing assets and uphold brand standards.
