Job summary

Naked Wolfe is building a Los Angeles content team and seeks a Creative Content Creator to lead TikTok content. This is a mainly on-camera role, with the face in front of the lens bringing energy, ideas, and trend instinct to every piece of content.

You'll work with the Creative Content Producer who runs shoots and calendars so you can focus on creating. Based in Los Angeles, this full-time, on-site position requires 1–2 years of TikTok content experience; basic iPhone filming and CapCut

Naked Wolfe is a footwear brand built on bold, statement design — worn by a global community who aren't afraid to stand out. We're building a dedicated content team in Los Angeles to bring that energy to life across social, campaigns, and everything in between.

The Role

We're looking for a Creative Content Creator to join our new Los Angeles content team, with TikTok as your main stage. This is a mainly on-camera role — you're the face in front of the lens, bringing ideas, energy, and trend instinct to every piece of content. You'll work closely with the Creative Content Producer, who runs the shoots and keeps the calendar on track, so you can focus on what you do best: creating.

What You'll Do

• Be the on-camera face of Naked Wolfe's TikTok.
• Spot trending sounds, formats, and challenges early, and turn them around same-day.
• Bring your own ideas to the table — concepts, hooks, and angles that fit the brand and the moment.
• Film content on iPhone to a scroll-stopping standard, with support from the Producer on bigger shoots.
• Do light editing on quick-turn TikTok content (cuts, captions, trending audio).
• Work closely with the Creative Content Producer to fit content around shoots, campaigns, and product drops.
• Keep a pulse on the TikTok community — comments, duets, and what the audience is responding to.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years' experience creating TikTok content — professionally or as a strong personal creator — fashion, footwear, or lifestyle a plus.
• Genuinely comfortable and engaging on camera — this is a mainly on-camera role.
• Sharp instinct for TikTok trends, sounds, and formats, and the speed to act on them.
• Basic filming and editing skills on iPhone (CapCut or similar).
• A creative point of view — you bring ideas, not just delivery.
• Comfortable taking direction from the Creative Content Producer while still owning your on-camera presence.
• Energetic, adaptable, and happy working at TikTok's pace.

Nice to Have

• An existing TikTok following or demonstrable engagement on your own content.
• Experience at a fashion, footwear, or DTC brand.
• Basic photo/video editing skills (CapCut, Lightroom, Premiere, or similar).

Location & Hours

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Los Angeles — this is not a remote or hybrid position. You'll be on-site regularly for filming and working closely with the wider content team in person.

Compensation: depending on experience.
