Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in video editing, content production or digital tech in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle.
• Strong portfolio showing social-first video, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro with working knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop.
• Experience with tethered photography workflows and on-set color correction.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Reels, YouTube trends and platform-specific edits.

content across social, web, paid media, and YouTube while supporting photography

and content shoots as an on-set digital tech.This role combines strong video editing and storytelling with technical on-set support.The ideal candidate has a sharp visual eye, understands social-first content, is highly organized, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-output environment.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Content

• Edit short- and long-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, paid media, and website.
• Own weekly video deliverables aligned with the Marketing Content Calendar.
• Repurpose campaign, social, BTS, influencer, and archival footage into fresh content.
• Develop edits around product launches, collections, styling, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
• Apply motion graphics, typography, color, sound design, captions, and transitions as needed.
• Optimize content for each platform while maintaining Naked Wardrobe’s visual identity.
• Proactively bring forward new editing styles, formats, and content ideas.

On-Set Digital Tech

• Serve as Digital Tech for designated campaign and E-commerce shoots
• Manage tethered capture and real-time image organization throughout shoots
• Organize imagery by look, style/SKU, model, and established naming conventions
• Apply basic color correction on set
• Maintain proper file organization, backups, and post-shoot asset handoff
• Support photographers, Art Direction, Marketing, and E-commerce with real-time image review
• Track shot lists and help identify missing imagery, product details, or technical issues while still on set
• Maintain and troubleshoot tethering, capture, storage, and file-management workflows
• Partner with the Video Content Producer, Social Media, Art Director, Marketing Director, and E-commerce teams on content priorities
• Participate in content and campaign meetings to understand upcoming launches and asset needs
• Maintain organized footage, photography, project files, and final exports within established Dropbox structures

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of video editing, content production, digital tech, or related experience, preferably within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first video, campaign content, and brand storytelling
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro with working knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop
• Experience with Capture One and tethered photography workflows strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and digital content trends
• Excellent eye for pacing, music, typography, composition, and visual storytelling
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and file-management skills
• Comfortable working on set and collaborating directly with photographers and creative teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interest in fashion, culture, photography, and digital content
