Job summary

Naked Wolfe is seeking a Creative Content Producer to join our Los Angeles content team. Half creator, half producer, you’ll own the content calendar day to day, and take campaigns and shoots from concept through to going live, keeping every detail on track along the way.

You’ll shoot and edit content on iPhone, stay ahead of social media trends, and coordinate with the wider team to land campaigns with product launches. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of experience in content creation, production, or brand social media.
• Strong creative point of view with ideas beyond execution.
• Comfortable on camera as part of the brand's social presence.
• Proven experience running shoots end-to-end from planning to delivery.
• Sharp eye for photography and videography; capable of iPhone shoots.
• Fluent with social platforms and trends; quick to act on emerging moments.
• Highly organized with multiple shoots and deadlines.

Half creator, half producer - you're as comfortable coming up with the idea and being in front of the camera as you are running the shoot that brings it to life. You'll own the content calendar day to day, and take campaigns and shoots from concept through to going live, keeping every detail on track along the way.

What You'll Do

• Own the day-to-day content calendar across Naked Wolfe's social channels, keeping it consistent, on-brand, and always moving.


• Create - on camera and off - bringing your own ideas to shoots, campaigns, and everyday content.


• Plan and run shoots from concept through to final edit and going live - locations, talent, props, timing, the lot.


• Shoot and edit content on iPhone to a scroll-stopping standard.


• Stay ahead of social media trends and turn them around same-day when the moment calls for it.


• Keep every moving part organised - shoot logistics, deadlines, deliverables.


• Work closely with the wider team to make sure content and campaigns land in step with product launches and drops.

What We're Looking For

• 3-4+ years' experience across content creation, content production, or social media for a brand - fashion, footwear, or lifestyle a plus.


• A strong creative point of view - you bring ideas, not just execution.


• Comfortable and confident on camera as part of the brand's social presence.


• Proven experience running a shoot end to end - planning, on the day, and through to delivery.


• A sharp eye for photography and videography fundamentals, with the ability to shoot high-quality content on iPhone.


• Fluent in social media platforms and trends, with the instinct to know what's worth jumping on.


• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple shoots and deadlines at once.


• A confident, positive collaborator who brings energy to the team.

Nice to Have

• Experience at a fashion, footwear, or DTC brand.


• Basic photo/video editing skills (CapCut, Lightroom, Premiere, or similar).

Location & Hours

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Los Angeles - this is not a remote or hybrid position. You'll be on-site regularly for shoots and working closely with the wider team in person.

Compensation: depending on experience.
