A fast-paced lifestyle and media company is seeking a highly creative, social-first Social Media Producer & Editor to develop, shoot, edit, and deliver compelling content across major social platforms.

This is a hands-on content creation role for someone who understands how to work directly with high-profile talent and capture authentic, engaging moments while maintaining an elevated visual point of view.

The ideal candidate lives and breathes social media, understands what performs across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms, and can move quickly from an idea to filming to a finished piece of content.

What You’ll Do

• Produce, shoot, and edit short-form and social-first video content for TikTok, Instagram/Reels, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Work closely and comfortably with high-profile talent, capturing both planned and real-time content.
• Develop creative concepts, recurring social formats, and content ideas aligned with the brand and talent's voice.
• Identify culturally relevant moments, trends, sounds, formats, and conversations that can translate into compelling content.
• Edit content quickly while maintaining a polished, elevated aesthetic.
• Create content around lifestyle, fashion, beauty, travel, events, partnerships, and everyday moments.
• Capture behind-the-scenes, event, travel, interview, and personality-driven content.
• Collaborate with social, creative, brand, PR, and partnership teams to support launches and campaigns.
• Adapt content and edits for different platforms, audiences, and formats.
• Maintain an organized content library and efficient post-production workflow.
• Occasionally travel with talent for shoots, appearances, events, partnerships, and other content opportunities.
• Be comfortable working in an environment where schedules and priorities can shift quickly.

What We’re Looking For

• Several years of professional experience in social content production, video editing, digital media, or social-first creative.
• Strong experience within lifestyle, fashion, beauty, travel, entertainment, or adjacent consumer industries.
• Experience working directly with talent, creators, influencers, celebrities, or other public-facing personalities strongly preferred.
• Experience producing content for top creators or creator-led brands is a major plus.
• Strong portfolio/reel demonstrating high-quality social-first video content.
• Excellent shooting and editing skills with the ability to take content from concept through final delivery.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and evolving social trends and formats.
• Strong knowledge of editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, After Effects, and/or similar platforms.
• Ability to create content that feels polished without feeling overly produced or inauthentic.
• Comfortable shooting on both professional equipment and mobile devices when appropriate.
• Strong creative instincts, visual taste, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
• Able to work quickly, independently, and calmly under tight deadlines.
• Highly professional, discreet, adaptable, and comfortable working closely with high-profile individuals.

The Ideal Person

You understand that great social content often happens in the moment. You know when to capture something, how to make talent feel comfortable on camera, and how to turn raw footage into content people actually want to watch.

You have a strong visual point of view but also understand internet culture, personality-driven content, humor, trends, and what makes audiences engage and share.

You are equally comfortable planning a polished lifestyle shoot, capturing spontaneous behind-the-scenes content, or turning around a timely Reel or TikTok quickly.
