WEOKIE Federal Credit Union is seeking a Marketing Specialist – Content & Communications in Oklahoma City to craft persuasive messages for emails, websites, ads, and campaigns. You’ll turn product features into benefit-driven messaging and help coordinate multi-channel content across social media and digital channels.

You’ll collaborate with the Marketing team on strategy, execution, and performance analysis, while ensuring messaging aligns with brand standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and proof compelling marketing copy for emails, websites, ads, and social media.
• Turn features and promotions into clear, benefit-focused messaging with strong calls to action.
• Develop, build, proof, schedule, and distribute marketing emails with segmentation.
• Manage day-to-day social media content, including planning and posting.
• Create basic social graphics, photography, video, and other content as needed.
• Collaborate on campaign strategy, messaging, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate marketing projects, timelines, and communications with internal teams and partners.
• Use analytics to evaluate results and identify opportunities to improve messaging and campaigns.
• Provide basic graphic design and layout support for digital and print materials while maintaining brand standards.
• Review marketing materials for accuracy, disclosures, and compliance.
