Job summary

Steve & Kate's Camp in Emeryville, CA seeks team members to facilitate activities, supervise campers, and support safety and wellness across a dynamic, creative program.

Staff engage in sewing, stop-motion, maker space, performing arts, arts and crafts, and more, working with 4–12 year olds. Must be 16+, with First Aid/CPR ready before Day 1, and prefer 1 year camp experience. This is a temporary, in-person role during the upcoming camp session.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp-age children, with 1 year preferred.
• First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp (some locations may require additional certifications).

Responsibilities

• Staff members will be responsible for facilitating activities, making connections, and monitoring safety and wellness.
• Some staff members will create and/or oversee activity spaces in which campers will self-select activities, while other staff will work in rotating support roles throughout camp.
