Job summary

Steve & Kate's Camps in Menlo Park is seeking Field Trip staff to supervise campers, accompany them on bus trips, and ensure safety and engagement during activities. This position emphasizes teamwork, leadership, and the ability to play and learn with children in a creative camp environment.

The role requires a minimum 16 years of age, 2 months of camp-age experience, and First Aid & CPR certification before Day 1. On-site work with a supportive team is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 months experience with camp-age children, with 1 year preferred.
• First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp.

Responsibilities

• Chaperone field trips, making connections, and monitoring safety and wellness.
• Travel by bus to multiple stops while ensuring fun and engagement for kids.
• Actively supervising campers and reporting notable concerns or incidents.
• Keep track of camper allergies and dietary restrictions.
• Follow camp policies and participate in program delivery with the team.
