Job summary

Lees Marketplace is seeking a Cake Decorator to create beautifully decorated cakes, cupcakes, and other baked goods in collaboration with the Bakery team. The role emphasizes high-quality visuals, customer satisfaction, and a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to design custom desserts for events.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for decorating, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with the Bakery team to meet order deadlines and store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Previous Cake Decorating Experience (preferred).
• Previous Customer Service Experience (required).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with cake and dessert orders, providing recommendations, design ideas, and customization options.
• Decorate cakes, cupcakes, and other baked goods to customer requests using piping, fondant, airbrushing, or edible paints.
• Create and maintain attractive cake displays in the bakery section.
• Stock shelves and maintain displays according to store standards; manage inventory of decoration supplies.
