Job summary

Lees Marketplace is seeking a Cake Decorator to create beautifully decorated cakes, cupcakes, and other baked goods. You will work with the Bakery team to ensure high-quality, visually appealing products and excellent customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for decorating, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability, especially evenings and weekends, is often required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous cake decorating experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with cake and dessert orders, offering design ideas.
• Decorate cakes and cupcakes using piping, fondant, and other techniques.
• Maintain attractive cake displays and inventory of decorations.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the decorating area.
• Collaborate with Bakery team to meet on-time, high-quality orders.
