Qualifications

• Six months of cake decorator experience in high-volume settings.
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage menus.
• Strong verbal and written communication with guests and staff.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
• Basic math skills for transactions and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Frosts, decorates and customizes cupcakes, cakes, and other baked goods.
• Stock the market with cakes, cupcakes, desserts and pies.
• Process guest orders in the POS system and settle transactions accurately.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized workstation and display areas.
• Work with other culinary stations to ensure on-time service.
