Qualifications

• 6 months experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: collaborate with cross functional teams and educate others on tools, tasks and resources to provide excellent customer service and maintain in-stock levels.
• Be an Expert: plan bakery production, ensure quality and accuracy of designs, follow recipes, manage inventory, and maintain food safety standards.
• Be a Techie: use handheld devices to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and support production and quality decisions.
• Be an Owner: drive bakery performance, ensure date control, reduce waste, assist members with purchases and resolve issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: model high service standards, train and mentor teammates, and foster a respectful, team-oriented environment.
