Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is hiring Bakers for a brand-new Bakery Opening Team in Orlando. You’ll join an enthusiastic crew that thrives on fresh-baked recipes and high-quality cakes, with early shifts and a focus on consistent, scalable production.

You’ll work with measuring tools, mixers and ovens to craft NbC cakes, follow proprietary processes, and contribute to a welcoming, community-focused bakery environment.

Qualifications

• Follows NbC recipes and cake production methods.
• Uses measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers and ovens.
• Prepares raw ingredients and monitors baking process.
• Maintains packaging, labeling and storage and logs.
• Supports Bakery Manager in production planning and inventory.
• Monitors quality and reports issues.

Responsibilities

• Follows NbC recipes and cake production methods with precision and achieves productivity goals.
• Effectively utilizes measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers and ovens, and other tools to bake cakes.
• Accurately prepares raw ingredients and equipment for baking, places cake pans into hot oven and monitors the baking process.
• Adheres to packaging, labeling and storage standards and maintains logs.
• Assists Bakery Manager in production planning and inventory control.
