Position Overview

The Creative Brand Director will conceptualize and execute creative solutions that align with the brand's strategic objectives. Responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and product teams to develop engaging campaigns, leading and mentoring creative teams, ensuring brand consistency, and managing brand strategies to increase market share. The role involves analyzing market trends, ensuring cross-channel messaging consistency, managing budgets, and monitoring KPIs.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent, plus five years of relevant experience.
  • Proven success in designing comprehensive marketing campaigns with top brand partners.
  • Experience leading a design team, with skills in delegation, coaching, and providing feedback.
  • Expertise in brand strategy, marketing campaigns, print advertising, editorial design, and packaging.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Google Suite.
