Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year bartending experience.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer with wine selling experience.
• Clear written and spoken English communication with guests and staff.
• Proficient with MICROS point-of-sale system.
• Ability to work under pressure with a calm, welcoming demeanor.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain a clean, efficient bar throughout shift.
• Greet guests and provide superior customer service.
• Take orders and suggest food and beverage items.
• Mix drinks according to standard recipes and manage presentation.
• Record transactions in MICROS and adhere to cash handling standards.
• Maintain knowledge of wine list, garnishes, and bar tools.
• Station set-up, break down, side-work, and cleanliness.
