Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience.
• Wine, spirits and beer knowledge with experience presenting wines.
• English communication with guests, management, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Follow Omni rules, policies, procedures, standards and recipes at all times.
• Set up and maintain a clean, efficient bar throughout the shift.
• Greet guests with a smile and provide superior customer service.
• Take orders and advise on food and beverage menu selections and daily specials.
• Mix drinks for servers according to standard recipes.
• Familiarity with the wine list and appropriate garnishes.
