Job summary

Aramark is seeking a baker to join our Food Services Team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will bake a variety of items, prepare ingredients, and maintain clean, safe workspaces while adhering to recipes and production guidelines.

The role requires basic math, strong communication, and a focus on food safety. Previous bakery experience is preferred, and the position involves standing for long periods and lifting items as needed.

Qualifications

• Prev. baker experience or related role preferred
• Knowledge of baking methods and standards
• Food safety certification(s) required
• Basic math/counting skills
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication

Responsibilities

• Bakes and prepares a variety of foods per production guidelines and recipes
• Sets up workstation with ingredients and equipment
• Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping
• Operates ovens, stoves, mixers and other equipment
• Safely uses utensils including knives
• Stores food following safety policies and procedures
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment
• Maintains excellent guest service and positive demeanor
• Follows Aramark safety policies and sanitation standards
• Ensures security of company assets
