Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of experience in developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to support and engage individuals with diverse needs.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs alone, and up to 150 lbs with assistance.
• Valid CA Driver’s License with a clear driving record; willing to drive an Oparc vehicle.
• CPR/First Aid certification current.
• Must be able to work in outdoor environments.
• Team-oriented, collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and training to participants in program areas.
• Maintain supervision and safety of participants on-site and in the community.
• Facilitate art activities and support creative arts programming.
• Assist in organizing community events, exhibitions, and showcases.
• Document progress and incident reports per policy.
• Transport participants in Oparc vehicle for community outings.
