Netflix Global, LLC is seeking a Creative Approvals Manager to oversee the creative and legal reviews for Experiences IP projects. The ideal candidate should have over 7 years of experience in the entertainment industry and demonstrate exceptional project management skills.

This role requires collaboration with stakeholders to implement efficient workflows and achieve strategic alignment across projects. Successful candidates will enjoy a unique compensation structure allowing flexibility between salary and stock options, with salaries ranging from $170,000 to $360,000.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in the entertainment or themed entertainment/LBE industry.
• Strong knowledge of operational workflows around IP management.
• Superior project management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage high volume key stakeholder feedback on Experiences IP projects.
• Refine workflows for creative reviews across production and marketing materials.
• Act as point of contact with Content stakeholders.
