Netflix is seeking an experienced attorney for the Experiences group to handle a broad range of business and legal affairs matters tied to immersive experiences. You will work with production, marketing, and operations to structure deals, manage vendor/agency agreements, and ensure compliance across locations.

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent with relevant practical experience in Location-Based Entertainment or related field.
• 7+ years of experience preferred.
• Autonomous and reliable in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (spoken & written).
• Strong analytical capabilities and sound judgment in imperfect information.
• Ability to take initiative, identify and solve problems.
• Strategic, commercial, practical thinking with flexibility and risk tolerance.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of vendor/agency agreements related to ticketing, vendors and service providers.
• Support group and event sales and collaborate with marketing on programming.
• Coordinate with Real Estate and Workplace teams on safety, employment, incident management and permitting for Netflix House locations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Tax, Accounting, Finance and the broader Netflix legal organization on related matters.
