The Experiences Team is seeking a Creative Approvals Manager to help our IP come to life across a broad range of physical experiences. This role is responsible for managing creative & legal reviews and fostering relationships with our key stakeholders (internal & external) and establishing efficient workflows.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and tracking high volume key stakeholder feedback on Experiences IP projects
• Design, implement, and refine workflows that facilitate Experiences’ creative reviews across production and marketing materials
• Act as point of contact with Content stakeholders to lead Experiences introductory and ongoing communication while managing brand approvals
• Use diplomatic skills to collaborate and achieve approvals across different stakeholders
• Coordinate with Experiences’ production and marketing departments to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration with Internal XF stakeholders and External stakeholders
• Proactively look for opportunities to improve processes and standards
• Establish operational changes across existing processes for best practice approval, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence
• Maintain trackers, status reports, and key process documents as it relates to creative approvals
• Be the conduit between existing CP teams and Experiences for assets management and data collection

Qualifications

• Demonstrated, 7+ years of experience in the entertainment or themed entertainment/LBE industry building and owning operational workflows around IP management and content review and approval processes
• Strong knowledge of Entertainment; preference for knowledge of the Experiences industry in both permanent and touring experiences
• Understanding of Experiences creative development design & production timelines and key review milestones
• Superior project management skills
• Experience in creative deck development
• Superior presentation skills
• Demonstrated skills managing executive‑level approvals and review sessions

Compensation & Benefits

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; you choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. The range for this role is $170,000-$360,000. Netflix provides comprehensive benefits, including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family‑forming benefits, Life and Serious Injury Benefits, paid leave of absence programs, and flexible time off.
