Ridgewood Rehabilitation & Living Center in North Carolina is seeking an energetic part-time Activity Aide to join our team. You will lead daily activities to promote socialization, creativity, and resident well-being in a supportive setting.

You’ll plan events, create calendars and flyers, assist with shopping for supplies, and collaborate with the Activities Director to engage residents, families, and visitors; evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous Activity Aide experience preferred.
• Long-term care or healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Creative, dependable, patient, and compassionate.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.

• Lead and assist daily activities that promote socialization, creativity, and resident well-being.
• Assist with planning and organizing activities, special events, and celebrations.
• Create flyers, activity calendars, and other materials.
• Assist with shopping for supplies and preparing for scheduled activities.
• Encourage resident participation and interact with residents, families, and visitors.
• Work closely with the Activities Director and other team members.
