Ridgewood Rehabilitation & Living Center in North Carolina is seeking an energetic part-time Activity Aide to join our team. You will lead daily activities to promote socialization, creativity, and resident well-being in a supportive setting.

You’ll plan events, create calendars and flyers, assist with shopping for supplies, and collaborate with the Activities Director to engage residents, families, and visitors; evening and weekend availability is required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous Activity Aide experience preferred.
• Long-term care or healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Creative, dependable, patient, and compassionate.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.

Ridgewood Rehabilitation & Living Center is seeking an energetic, compassionate, and creative Activity Aide to join our team!

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with seniors and is passionate about creating fun, engaging, and meaningful experiences for our residents.

This is a part-time position requiring a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
