• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for event setups.

Responsibilities

• Creative Program Leadership: design and lead group and one-on-one activities (art, music, cognitive games).
• Resident Connection: engage residents to rediscover passions and stay active.
• Collaborative Planning: work with Activities Director on events and seasonal celebrations.
• Holistic Coordination: maintain organized creative spaces and inventory supplies.
• Clinical Collaboration: document participation and share observations with nursing team.
