Complete Care at Christian Home in Wisconsin is seeking an Activities Assistant who can transform daily living through art, music, and meaningful connection. You will curate experiences, lead painting workshops, music sessions, and social activities to bring joy and purpose to residents.

Qualifications

Creative background in art, music, or therapeutic recreation.
Ability to lead groups with energy and enthusiasm.
Experience in long-term care or similar settings preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication with an elderly focus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for event setups.

Responsibilities

Creative Program Leadership: design and run group and 1:1 activities (art therapy, live music, cognitive games).
Resident Connection: engage residents to rediscover passions and stay active.
Collaborative Planning: work with the Activities Director on events and seasonal celebrations.
Holistic Coordination: keep a well-organized creative space with supplies inventoried.
Clinical Collaboration: record participation and share observations with nursing.
