Job summary

Biltmore is seeking Creamery Attendants for Antler Hill Village, adjacent to Cedric’s Tavern and the Winery, to deliver world-class guest service in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Roles involve serving guests, keeping areas stocked, handling cash and credit transactions, and learning the Micros system.

Shifts vary, including weekdays and weekends, with average hours around 20 per week and pay between $16.32 and $22/hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or guest service experience preferred.
• Must obtain ServSafe certification within 120 days of hire.
• Solid math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
• Cheerful, caring attitude and genuine desire to deliver world class service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and a hard worker.
• Proactive with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Serve and take care of guests.
