• Bachelor’s Degree required.

• Experience in industrial transactions is required.
• Experience using CoStar and Real Capital Analytics is a plus.
• New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson’s License or ability to obtain one within six months of employment.
• Exceptional analytical skills and rigorous attention to detail.
• Experience in creating cash flow analyses is preferable.
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements and leases.
• Ability to operate efficiently both individually and as part of a team.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational coordination to transaction management professionals supporting a client’s dispersed CRE portfolio, primarily in North America.
• Process paperwork and liaise between Real Estate, Lease Administration, and other service lines.
• Coordinate client feedback questionnaires and surveys.
• Support the transactions team with documentation for leases, renewals, purchases, sales, subleases, and options.
• Interface with clients to report and update stakeholders.
• Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates.
• Draft and process requests for service or client initiation documents.
• Draft and process Co‑Broker and agent engagement letters.
• Manage and oversee transactions worldwide.
• Participate in client meetings and pitches.
• Growth opportunities to manage and close deal transactions.
