Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis to assist Special Assets Officers and Team Leads in remediation of CRE/multifamily loans.
• Re-underwrite actionable credits focusing on borrower liquidity and cash flow sustainability.
• Develop, maintain, and update financial models and analyses for restructuring or recovery options.
• Support development, execution, and monitoring of workout strategies.
• Act as liaison for internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed credit approval memos with financial analysis and risk evaluations.
• Review internal loan bookings and collateral positions.
• Maintain team files and interact with borrowers, advisors, and counsel.
