• Strong analytical and quantitative data interpretation.
• Intellectual curiosity and genuine interest in CRE markets.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and synthesize market data — tracking properties, transactions, tenants, and new developments.
• Translate market data into narratives for reports and outlooks and broker-facing materials.
• Liaise with brokers, sales management and marketing on pitches and projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
