Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Portfolio Support Analyst to assist Portfolio Managers in servicing multiple CRE loan portfolios. You will conduct research and financial analysis of properties, loans, and portfolios, and prepare data for lender decisions and presentations.

Reporting to the Portfolio Management team, you will monitor performance, generate monthly and quarterly reports, and provide quality client service. A strong foundation in finance, Excel, and clear communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years related experience. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
• Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; respond to common inquiries from clients, coworkers, and/or supervisor.
• Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles; ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
• Ability to understand and carry out general instructions; basic analytical skills; ability to solve problems in standard situations.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite products such as Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and financial analysis of commercial real estate properties, loans and portfolios. Assist with data compilation for lender decisions. Make presentation of analysis used for investment decisions.
• Assist Portfolio Managers by performing tasks involved in monitoring the performance of assigned commercial real estate loan portfolios.
• Provide general customer service to clients and related contacts.
• Prepare various monthly and quarterly reports for portfolios.
