Job summary

Colliers in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Marketing and Transactions Coordinator (internally called Client Services Coordinator) to support brokers and clients with marketing, pitch decks, and transaction administration from start to finish. You will balance multiple projects, develop pitches, execute campaigns, and manage deal sheets and invoicing, leveraging Adobe InDesign and MS Office.

A 1–2+ year track in commercial real estate support and a Bachelor's degree are preferred; this is an onsite

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of marketing/administrative support within Commercial Real Estate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Real Estate preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; comfortable with network/cloud systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Balance multiple activities and projects for the team and manage action items.
• Develop pitches and presentations for brokers and clients.
• Execute marketing campaigns, manage mailing lists, and generate reports.
• Update transactions and client portals; support deal sheets and invoicing.
