Job summary

PNC Financial Services Corporation in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Loan Support Analyst to join the Commercial Real Estate Collateral Analysis team. You will support daily servicing of a portfolio of CRE loans, review borrower statements, and assist with property inspections to ensure collateral performance and compliance.

Ideal candidates have a background in finance or real estate, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

Degree or experience in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
Experience with or knowledge of financial analysis.
Customer Service skills and or experience.
Professional business writing and correspondence skills.
Attention to detail with strong follow up skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Supports the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, ensuring compliance with loan document, accurate processing of transactions and timely reporting to stakeholders.
Analyze and interpret complex loan agreements to accurately apply loan terms in loan servicing activities.
Resolve non-compliant issues through written and verbal communication with internal/external parties.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date loan servicing records in the servicing system and support onboarding of new loans.
Reviews reports to identify exceptions, ensure quality and contribute to risk mitigation.
