Job summary

CIM Group in Dallas seeks a proactive Loan Servicing and Closing professional to manage a portfolio of commercial real estate loans. You will lead daily servicing activities, coordinate repurchase facilities, and collaborate with investments, legal, treasury, and accounting teams to optimize asset value.

The role requires a finance-related bachelor’s degree, 4+ years in real estate credit or investment settings, and strong MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
4+ years’ relevant experience in investment firms, commercial loan servicers, private equity, or similar, focusing on real estate credit.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Commercial Real Estate experience preferred.
Strong work ethic; ability to operate independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily loan servicing of a CRE loan portfolio, acting as primary contact for internal parties, borrowers, and servicers.
Onboard and manage repurchase facilities/back leverage with Fund teams and lenders.
Ensure money movements comply with loan documents and company policies.
Set up and maintain bank accounts tied to the portfolio; ensure accurate data in loan servicing system.
Coordinate pass-through expenditures and assist with closing of new originations when needed.
