Qualifications

• Two years of knowledge of commercial real estate collateral, security documentation, lien perfection requirements, and loan compliance regulations
• Interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with real estate loan documentation and portfolio management is preferred

Responsibilities

• Take real estate loan applications and move them through closing and beyond
• Assist with post-closing portfolio management, including documentation and drawings
• Perform administrative duties to support lenders and managers
• Provide customer service and referrals to officers and divisions
• Carry out additional duties as assigned
