Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Underwriting and managing commercial real estate loans the firm is invested in.
• Analyze opportunities/risks and perform valuation analyses and due diligence.
• Forecast operating cash flows for real estate assets using market data and performance metrics.
• Coordinate internal/external resources to analyze investment opportunities.
• Prepare transaction memos for approvals and quarterly updates.
