Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in originating/underwriting CRE loans and/or managing performing/distressed assets
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Strong academic background

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and oversee commercial real estate loans
• Assist in loan level financings, appraisal review and related activities
• Prepare transaction memos summarizing due diligence and credit analysis
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide strategic recommendations
• Coordinate internal and external resources to analyze investment opportunities
