Job summary

Newmark’s West Coast Investment Sales team in Seattle seeks a motivated analyst to support underwriting for landmark transactions across the West Coast markets.

You will build cash flow models in ARGUS Enterprise, analyze due diligence, collaborate with brokers, and help prepare BOVs and Offering Memoranda. Demonstrated 1 year underwriting experience and ARGUS/Excel proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
• ARGUS Enterprise and Excel modeling proficiency.
• 1 year real estate underwriting experience.

Responsibilities

• Build discounted cash flow models in ARGUS Enterprise and underwriting using Excel models.
• Analyze and organize due diligence materials across the deal cycle to validate assumptions.
• Refine financial inputs with brokers and clients for pricing recommendations.
• Produce analyses for Broker Opinions of Value (BOVs), proposals, and Offering Memorandum materials.
• Assist in creating Offering Memoranda and market sections with CRE data.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment managing a high volume of institutional transactions.
• Collaborate with Director of Finance and regional analyst team to ensure precise underwriting.
