ArrowMark Partners in Denver seeks a Commercial Real Estate Investment Analyst/Associate (Structured Equity) to work with senior teams on underwriting, structuring, and executing CRE investments across property types. You will prepare investment memorandums and support transaction closing while engaging with brokers, borrowers, and sponsors.

The role emphasizes cash flow modeling, due diligence, and presenting analyses to senior management.

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in real estate investment with a top firm preferred.
Proven ability to evaluate and manage real estate investments and perform due diligence.
Strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Argus, CoStar; ability to present to senior management.

Responsibilities

Underwrite, structure, and execute CRE investments with focus on commercial mortgage lending.
Prepare deal summaries and investment memorandums; assist with deal structuring and closing.
Conduct cash flow analysis and property valuations using operating statements and rent rolls.
Manage client relationships from loan quote to loan close with brokers and borrowers.
Assist in pipeline meetings, deal discussions, and investment committees with clear communication.
Collect and review due diligence information for loan underwriting and closing.
