Job summary

Northmarq is seeking an Investment Sales Analyst in Houston to join a top-performing commercial brokerage team. You will underwrite assets using ARGUS and Excel, analyze statements, and support brokers on valuations and market research in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of CRE financial analysis experience, with proficiency in Excel and ARGUS; Salesforce and Costar knowledge is a plus. This is an in-office position with extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting or related business field.
Minimum 1+ year of full-time experience with financial analysis in Commercial Real Estate.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ARGUS experience required; Salesforce and Costar knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Underwrite income-producing assets using Argus and Excel.
Analyze operating statements, budgets, leases, and loan agreements to determine underwriting assumptions.
Review and interpret real estate documents and identify value-add opportunities.
Prepare property evaluations and sensitivity analyses.
Collaborate with brokers to generate new relationships and support business development.
