Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services in St. Louis Park, MN is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support capital markets and brokerage services with expert financial and lease analysis.

You will use ARGUS Enterprise and Excel to model cash flows, analyze leases, and prepare pitch books, collaborating with brokers and client teams while exploring AI-enhanced analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or related field.
• 2–4+ years' experience in commercial real estate investments, debt capital markets, or property management.
• Advanced proficiency in ARGUS Enterprise and Microsoft Excel, with levered cash flow modeling experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex real estate financial & investment analysis using ARGUS Enterprise and Excel for valuation & disposition of industrial and office properties and portfolios.
• Operate and optimize sophisticated financial models for properties with existing and speculative cash flow.
• Perform lease, tenant, and property level financial analysis.
• Provide support in client presentations, responses to RFPs and new business pitches.
• Collaborate with brokers, design & transaction staff, and client teams in pitch books and offering memoranda.
• Excel in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to deliver results to the highest accuracy.
• Explore integration of AI into the analysis process.
