Responsibilities

• Manage insurance requirements for commercial tenants across a diverse property portfolio.
• Ensure tenants maintain required insurance coverage, monitoring policy compliance, and collaborating with property management, legal teams, brokers, and tenants to minimize risk exposure.
• Review and track tenant insurance certificates and policy documentation.
• Ensure compliance with lease insurance requirements and company standards.
• Communicate with tenants, insurance brokers, and property managers regarding deficiencies and renewals.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records.
• Monitor expiration dates and follow up on outstanding insurance requirements.
• Assist with risk management initiatives and audits.
• Interpret lease language related to insurance obligations.
