Bisnow is seeking a dynamic events professional with a strong interest in commercial real estate to join our team. Hybrid role requiring 3-4 days in the office in NYC or Philadelphia, with roughly monthly travel.

You will recruit speakers, design the conference experience, and partner with sales to drive sponsorships while coordinating with multiple departments. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of data center knowledge, strong project management, excellent communication, and a proven ability to

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of data center knowledge/experience.
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven with strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
• Ability to build relationships with key people in CRE and travel approximately once a month.

Responsabilidades

• Identify potential speakers and establish contact; recruit prospects via phone and email.
• Educate speakers on the value of speaking at Bisnow events.
• Build from scratch and manage event experience, including content ideas, speaker placement, and sponsorship coordination.
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to reach shared goals.
• Establish partnerships with associations and local groups to promote Bisnow events.
• Research CRE topics, programming ideas, and top speakers for events.
• Manage speaker relations from concept to day-of execution.
• Provide service and support to speakers and sponsors throughout the process.
• Lead pre/post-event meetings with direction and feedback.
• Identify innovative ways to improve content and attendee experience.
• Brainstorm fresh topic ideas to adapt to industry trends.
• Maintain cross-department communication on event status.
• Work collaboratively with other departments; manage multiple events at various stages.
