Job summary

The Keller Group is seeking a Project Manager - Commercial Real Estate Development to lead multiple development projects in Arizona. The role demands hands-on coordination with internal leadership, contractors, consultants, tenants, and capital partners to drive on-schedule delivery.

You will oversee ground-up construction and tenant improvements across the development lifecycle, ensuring budgets, scopes, and timelines align with stakeholders and capital partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CRE development or related PM experience.
• Experience with ground-up construction and TI projects.
• Experience with developers/owners/GCs preferred.
• Familiarity with entitlements, permitting, municipal coordination.
• Strong budgeting and cost management.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Procore/Asana/MS Project a plus.
• Strong executive communication and presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple commercial real estate development projects from concept to completion.
• Oversee ground-up and TI projects across development lifecycle.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors to set budgets and schedules.
• Drive entitlement, permitting, and pre-construction activities with city officials.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality control.
• Serve as primary contact for tenants, leadership, lenders, partners.
• Oversee GC and CM while maintaining owner-side accountability.
• Prepare project reporting, status updates, and risk assessments.
• Support draw requests and lender coordination.
• Identify and resolve issues to maintain momentum across active builds.
