Qualifications
3+ years of experience in construction or project management, preferably across commercial or mixed-use projects.
Experience managing contractors and coordinating with municipalities.
Willingness to be onsite and travel to project locations.
Responsibilities
Lead construction activities execution across assigned projects.
Serve as the Company’s on-site representative overseeing contractors.
Monitor contractor performance and schedules.
Coordinate construction sequencing to support overall timelines.
Manage RFIs, submittals, and field issues.
Provide clear project updates to internal stakeholders.
