Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction or project management, preferably across commercial or mixed-use projects.
• Experience managing contractors and coordinating with municipalities.
• Willingness to be onsite and travel to project locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction activities execution across assigned projects.
• Serve as the Company’s on-site representative overseeing contractors.
• Monitor contractor performance and schedules.
• Coordinate construction sequencing to support overall timelines.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and field issues.
• Provide clear project updates to internal stakeholders.
