Job summary

Brio Real Estate, a Blackstone portfolio company, seeks an Analyst of Capital Markets to support BREDS' liability management for CRE loan facilities. You will help sourcing quotes, coordinate financing with banks, assist in closing and ongoing tracking of financings.

You will work across transactions, asset management, and legal teams to optimize financing pipelines, analyze terms, and improve processes. Strong communication and Excel skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of real estate finance or capital markets experience.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal communication.
• Proactive self-starter with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support BREDS capital markets team in financing strategies.
• Source financing quotes from banks and counterparties.
• Develop financing relationships and market transaction materials.
• Assist in negotiating terms and coordinating closings.
• Manage ongoing transactions and refinancing decisions.
• Improve processes for financing data storage and reporting.
• Coordinate with BREDS and BRIO teams across departments.
